Hi Steven, Thanks for sending the brochures. I'm looking into adding them as images in a gallery with a pop-up, so visitors can view them directly without having to download a PDF. Still working on it, I'll let you know tomorrow or the day after so you can take a look. Cheers, Serg

Morning Steve, I’ve sorted this. It looks like a couple of opportunities had accidentally been moved to a different status within the pipeline, which caused them to disappear from the stage you’d expect to see them in. The customer records weren’t deleted, just marked differently. I’ve updated the statuses and moved them back into the correct stage, so everything should now be showing as normal. If this happens again in future, it’s usually a case of checking the opportunity status/stage and moving it back.

Hi Steven, Yeah, sure, we can add those to the composite doors page. Just send them over here and we'll get them added. I'll let you know once they're up. It's definitely worth having them on the site. That way, if anyone wants to see them, you can just point them to your website and they can download them directly from there. Cheers, Serg

Hi Steven, For the project photos, the best way to do this is to create a separate folder in the Google Drive I shared with you. Name each folder after the project, drop all the photos in there, and write the description here in the chat. That way we keep everything organized and don't mix up images between jobs. For each project, the key details we would need are: - Location - Date or time period - Service carried out - A quick description of what was done, anything interesting about the job - Photos, videos, before and after if you have them Don't send everything at once though. Let's start with just two projects, one at a time, with the description and images for each. We'll keep adding more on a regular basis after that. What do you mean when you say 'linked'? Are they actual websites that are up or you just have the domains pointed at your site?

Hi @steven I have confirmed with our meeting notes we spoke about you having a new website :+1: The reasoning was that you were not having much success with your current site and it could be improved. I assume if the performance is better than the previous site, you wouldn't be too concerned would you? Our team are great and will certainly set things up correctly for you. On the other domains and their links, I'll need to check whether the backlinks pointing to your site go to a specific page or just to the domain in general. I'll let you know once I've had a look at what needs to be done on our side. In the meantime, please take a look at the site we built for you. Backlinks can help with SEO, but unless they come from a source Google sees as really strong, they don't move the needle that much on their own. What's becoming much more valuable now is having a well-optimised website that's also set up in a way that AI search tools can read and understand properly. Cheers, Serg

@matttradegrowcouk Yes, we've already built Steve's new website. We shared the link with him and he asked for a few changes, which we've done.

The 14 domain names can be redirected to the new website but as mentioned, if you are happy to keep your current site, this is fine. If you can send any website related messages to your website chat please and the team will answer any questions.

I’ve just sent you a message in there as well. The new website will be designed with a strong focus on improving your visibility on Google and helping generate more enquiries. That said, if you would prefer to keep your existing website, that’s absolutely fine too.
