    @ash No problem. Currently in the shopping around stage for that as the renewal inevitably has gone up… massively! Soon as that’s squared I’ll send it you over Will I get those kind of emails every time someone responds to the Ads? And do I need to action them to keep it all running optimally?

    Hey @ash I've just had a call. Obviously I answered it and booked a meeting with the guy. At the same time as the call I got an email off google saying "New call from a potential customer" I clicked the link in the email and got the following screen shot

    Hey @matttradegrowcouk I was wondering if you could take a quick look at our website and maybe do a few updates? It already has outdated info on there such as the google reviews. I know this might not seem like much but on the home page it shows only 5 google reviews and then shows examples of them. All from over 1 year ago. Could we get that refreshed so it looks more current for people landing on the homepage?

    Must be a common thing with any kind of Ads. I’ve been running my first Facebook ads this week and had a ball ache optimising and editing them today to target the correct things. Got there in the end. Hopefully they bring in some enquiries. And once Google sort their shit and you get those live I’ll have a double attack going 🙏

    Cheers Ash! I do appreciate it. Sorry to be a mither, its not normally my style. But we haven't been this quiet for a long time. Despite ranking quite highly on google (which is much much better than where we were before we took you on) we just don't seem to be getting any enquiries from it. Roofing is a saturated market in Blackpool so the competition must be really high!

    Hey @ash give me some good news. Are we getting some ads live today? 🙏 We’ve gone really quiet now and I’m hoping for a boost. Trying to fill the diary before our next big job starts in a couple of weeks. It’s been delayed 3 times and we had nothing else pencilled in to bring forward to fill the gap 🤦‍♂️

    We should be up and running by tomorrow hopefully. They did explain to me though that the Google Ads themselves can take a while to actually spend the desired budget. I have another client who's budget is £1,000 a week and because this is his first week, he's only spent £32 so far!!...perfectly normal though and Google need to 'ramp up' to spending the budget. When yours go live theres a few things that are VITAL... - Never miss a call - Always reply quickly to any written enquiries - The better the pictures we have the better the ads will perform - For Ads...reviews are key!...The more quality reviews you have the better

    Hi Mark I'm dealing with it and I now have a dedicated account manager at Google!! (That's like rocking horse shit!!)... The problem was the business name on your insurance certificate didn't match with the 'business registration name' in Google. But now I'm speaking with actual humans it's getting changed as we speak!
