The whole point in me agreeing to refund you was so there was no dispute raised on our stripe account, which there now is. If you can please retract your dispute as it’s damaging our account, I will continue to refund as agreed. You will need to contact AMEX and tell them we’ve reached a resolution an that they can close their case. If you’re satisfied with this I’ll process it today for you. We clearly wouldn’t have a good working relationship now anyway. It’s going to take a few days to go through. For you I’d 100% recommend getting your website done 👍🏼 that should be the central hub of all your marketing efforts. I’ve built over 160 websites for tradesmen and construction businesses over the last 3 years so I’d be more than happy to give you some tips when you’re ready. Social media 4. AI 5. Customer base campaigns 6. Website (shockingly we still don’t even have one yet) Word of mouth is still great loads of repeat customers and recommendations. GBP is bringing in solid daily enquiries as well, and social media ticks along nicely but we don’t post enough. AI has actually started bringing in work recently which is mad to see, and something I think is only going to grow. Customer campaigns are something we would need to build on. Website is the one we need to get sorted it’s on the list, just haven’t got there yet! How’s that compare to what you’re seeing your end mate? Many thanks Shane ---
