The reason they might look 'negative' is because of their use of red and because of those single digits, one less call could mean a '50% decrease'...sounds dramatic but in reality 1 or 2 less calls. However, we are continuing to add on the monthly work and SEO efforts for you. One of the factors we can't control though is search demand unfortunately, which could be seasonal or economy based, difficult to tell. One thing I can offer you is I'm starting to offer local ads management at no extra cost to my clients (a service that's normally charged at between £500-1000 per month), I would be happy to help you with that if you like?
