Also, as you can see in the screenshot, I can't download the PDF you attached, and I don't have the logo either. Can you please send both here through the Teamwork chat? Hi @Charles, We're already working on the edits you sent over. There were quite a few and you were very detailed, which is actually a great thing, it just means it takes us a little longer to go through everything properly. I'll come back to you later today (tomorrow at the latest) with three things: what we've already fixed, what's still in progress, and what we still need from you to finish everything off. Also, just so you know, we can absolutely add new pages, projects, and images even after the site is live, so no need to rush getting everything together right now. The framework we build on is made specifically to make it less hard to update and grow the site over time, which is also great for SEO through new projects and blog posts. Cheers, Serg

Hi Charles, that warning normally appears when the domain’s email authentication records haven’t been fully set up correctly. It’s usually related to SPF/DKIM security records on the domain. The broken logo in the signature also suggests there may be an issue with how the email signature image is hosted or linked. Can you please send over: - Who manages your domain/DNS (123 Reg, GoDaddy, Fasthosts etc) - Where the emails are hosted - Temporary access if possible Once we have that, we can check the authentication records and get this resolved properly.

Hi Charles, Yes, this is usually something that can be improved and is pretty common, especially with newer email addresses or domains. A few different things can cause emails to land in spam, such as the way the mailbox has been set up, sending too many emails too quickly, or missing settings behind the scenes which help Gmail and Outlook trust the sender. When you get chance, could you send me: The email address you’re sending from Who manages your email/domain Roughly how many emails you send out Whether these are normal emails or marketing emails/campaigns Also, if you send a quick test email over to matt@tradegrow.co.uk , I can check where it lands my side and that may give us a better idea of what’s going on.
