Hi Kevin, Thanks for the username and password. The PIN needs to be a fresh one, so we can't use the one you shared. Here's how it works: you'll need to request access, and you'll get an email with a new PIN. The thing is, it expires after 10 to 15 minutes, so we need to move quickly once you get it. That's why I sent you a WhatsApp request. Some clients miss notifications from Teamwork or don't check it as often, so WhatsApp is much easier for something like this. To add the AC installations as a new service to your website, we'll need a few details from you, like a service description, a rough pricing range, some FAQs, and any images you have. To make it easy, I'll share a Google Doc and a Google Drive folder with you.
