A lot of tradespeople have short promo clips or ads they've used on social media, and if you have a few of those we can put together a video section on the home page showing how you work, your team, that kind of thing. As the emails are likely connected through Fasthosts, it would be a good idea to back them up before we begin the migration, just as a precaution. The easiest way to do this on your MacBook is: 1. Open the Mail app 2. Click “Mailbox” at the top of the screen 3. Click “Export Mailbox” 4. Select the Raymond@knowire.co.uk mailbox 5. Save it somewhere safe on the MacBook That will create a backup copy of the emails currently stored in Apple Mail.

Hi Raymond, what is your full email address and do you know where it is hosted and where you normally login? Is it Microsoft 365 or Outlook etc? Are you able to save/backup any important emails in preparation for migration?

Hi Raymond, Welcome aboard, really glad to have you with us! To get things moving, could you take a look at your emails? We sent you an onboarding form that needs to be filled in. That form is what we need to actually get started on your website. Once you submit it, your project enters our pipeline and you can expect the website to be ready in about four weeks. Please fill it in as thoroughly as you can, including any photos, videos, social media accounts, and any other details relevant to you and your website. If you don't have everything right now, you can some later, just make sure it's all in before your website's due date. @matttradegrowcouk will be in touch regarding the email backup and your inbox.
