    Hi Daria, theyd need to be exported manually and send them to us, we can import them into the tradegrow app, the most efficient way to do this would be to do every 2 weeks & would over take a couple of mins every time to export. hope this helps 🙂

Just a question: we operate on gas safe portal, is there any way that customers’ details can transfer to trade grow app or does it have to be done manually, I know we can extract data but for example in the winter we will have like 20 new a day and it will be a big task to do on both portals.     Hi Daniel, we've received your list of contacts but there are a lot of contacts showing with no contact details and blank lines etc. Could you reformat the document correctly please into 4 columns: -First name -Last name -Phone -Email Once we have the corrected document, we can look at running the campaigns for you. Also, you should have received a welcome email with instructions and resources to videos on how to use the app.
