The quote engine itself appears to be loading, however the actual quote button trigger is no longer working properly. I know you previously sent over the TruQuote script/code, but there seems to be part of the setup missing. Would you mind either sending over all code/instructions that TruQuote originally provided, or asking TruQuote to send the full embed setup required please, including any additional button IDs, containers or scripts needed for the quote button to function correctly on the live website?

There will of course be some work involved from our side in terms of updating/creating your Google Business Profile, app, website updates and domain transfer etc. Are you ready for us to move forward with swapping the domain over and updating the website ASAP? There will be some additional cost involved for the extra work, which we can calculate properly once you’re ready to proceed. If you could drop the rebranding details into your app chat channel please, the team can then pick this up accordingly. I’ll also copy @ash in so he’s aware of the upcoming changes 👍

So I have been looking around more as I ha e bit more time on my hands atm and nusi g google Gemini for bouncing ideas off. Currently there are quite a few companies using the cts name in various formats and Gemini claims this could potentially have an impact on rankings and google getting confused etc. So my question is if I changed business names to something different to get this obstacle out the way how will that impact the work we are doing atm ? As long as we are in place and strong for when heating season kicks off im happy. But the change would incorporate the cooling side as well. I value your advice which is why I am asking
- 2026-04-24 08:37 TEAM · app · Matt Hollinshead · matt@tradegrow.co.ukHi Carl, this should be a quick fix 👍 Open the LeadConnector app on your phone, head into your profile/settings and make sure notifications are switched on. Then go into your phone settings, find the LeadConnector app, make sure notifications are allowed and turn off battery saver for it (Android can block them otherwise). That should get everything coming through 👍
