    Re the aircon, ive got the qualification but am yet to install one. I need to practice on my house/family houses so im not ready to do it for customers yet

    Morning @mel well at the moment we’re setting up and running the LSAs for our clients to capture the direct contact. Or the customer that’s happy with your GBP 👍🏼 so they either call or message directly from the sponsored placement.

    Hi @mel yes it is because of your new website 👍🏼 perfectly normal and things will go back to normal once Google have acknowledged the indexing of all pages which can take a little while. You’ll find as well that with further blogs, project pages and other SEO magic getting added over the next few months, you’ll get into a position where JT will find it impossible to get back above you. It will take time though. Have I told you about the Google ads I’ve been running for a couple other clients?… 3 x AC install quotes and 1 x boiler move/upgrade for less than £70 in add spend!! 😎 Happy to set some ads up for you if you want?

    Hi Mel, I just did a quick check on this. Google can take a few days, sometimes up to seven, to update logos and that kind of thing across its results. I'll look into whether we can speed that a bit using Google Search Console. In the meantime, I used a specialist tool to preview exactly how it's going to look once Google updates it, and I can confirm it looks good.     Hi Mel, they are there, if you search your business name on Google maps and then under the updates tab you will see them. Rest assured that as long as you submit your weekly update form, your updates will go on to Google

    Hi Mel, Take a look now, it should be live for you too. We had to tweak a few DNS settings to sort out a small issue, but everything should be working fine now. Try opening your domain and let me know if you can see the website. If it's not showing up yet, try opening it in an incognito window or clearing your cache. Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the changes to spread everywhere, so that's normal. Let us know how it looks! Cheers, Serg

    Hi Mel, There's not much I can do on my end with this one. It's actually the Webahead team who need to help you here. What you need to do is send them an email and tell them you want to take your domain with you and have it migrated to a separate account so you have direct access to it yourself. Just ask them something like: "I'd like to get access to my domain. Can we have it moved to my own account?" One thing to keep in mind, some companies do charge for that kind of migration, so it might not be free. It depends on the arrangement you have with them. On the good news side, we spoke with Lea from Webahead and she sorted out what we needed, so we can now finish the setup and connect your domain to the new website. But do follow up with them about getting the domain into your own ...

    Hi Mel, Ash forwarded me an email from Lea at the Webahead team. They're asking what settings they need to configure on their end, which usually means they bought the domain on their own company account and can't share the login because it would give access to all their other clients' domains too. That's fine for now. I've already sent Lea the details she needs to get your site live. That said, you really want to move your domain onto your own separate account, away from Webahead. You need to be in control of it yourself. The sooner you sort that, the better. Cheers, Serg

    Quick one, if those are the login details for your domain hosting, could you share the URL you use to log in? The credentials don't work on the 20i website, so I want to make sure I'm logging in to the right place.

    Hi Mel, We got your email, thanks. The credentials you sent look like they're for logging into your website to edit it. We don't need those as we've rebuilt your site from scratch. What we actually need is access to your domain hosting. From what I can see, your domain is hosted with 20i, and they use an email and password to log in. We need that so we can point your domain to the new website. So just to be clear, it's not the website login we're after, it's the hosting account where your domain is managed. Cheers, Serg

    @Natty the picture above is for a completey different job; It was a swimming pool boiler in Burwood park, Walton-on-Thames. Existing customer asked me to service it, I then noticed high readings even after a full strip down service eas carried out. I then ordered a new Gas Valve and returned a few days later to remedy the issue with hight readings and now the boiler is performing safely and efficiently

I would say if you can always try and include boiler name & even if you can mention what sort of fault it was ie, no hot water, or something like that, we can create you a seo friendly post like looks like this.....
