And although it’s possible to link your WhatsApp business account to your trade grow app the WhatsApp business integrations does come with some limitations (just in general not due to the trade grow integration). It’s a heavily regulated software controlled by meta. Happy to send you some information over on what you can and can’t do if you’d like?

There are definitely a few campaigns we could run through the app which may help increase enquiries and keep your business visible to previous customers. A few that could work well for a locksmith are: - “Save our number for emergencies” SMS campaigns - Home security / lock upgrade reminder campaigns - Review campaigns to strengthen your Google presence and build trust - Re-engagement campaigns to previous customers who haven’t used you in a while A lot of the time, staying visible to previous customers and building up reviews consistently can help generate repeat work and referrals over time. Let me know if any of those stand out and we can look at getting something set up 👍

We are experiencing very low inquiry levels not sure whether this is to do with dropping Checkatrade as well as economic conditions. I have found the CRM great in terms of collecting reviews but with the low level of enquiries I’m dealing with probably won’t need it for next year. Any help would be appreciated
