Naturally the first place I went was companies house and I then see it’s being dissolved to become very worried. In terms of Google ads for now we will not do any as I’m paying for Google guaranteed and Facebook ads daily which is bringing in a good amount of leads. Would really appreciate if the app could be bought forward as it would be great to get these leads in there instead of writing them onto post it notes. Cheers ---

    Hi Chad Yeh get it mate, looks scary! The UK company structure is currently being dissolved because my family and I permanently relocated to Cyprus earlier this year (January) and incorporated a new Cypriot limited company on 28th March 2026. This was simply part of restructuring the business internationally and moving operations into a more tax-efficient setup 👍🏼 Importantly, the business itself has not stopped trading, closed down, or disappeared in any way. We are continuing exactly as before... • Same business • Same public social profiles • Same team • Same systems • Same services • Same clients • Same delivery The only thing changing is the legal entity the business operates through, that's it.
