    @webteam hi I just let people book for when they want Monday to Friday I don’t update times against my own diary when Iam already booked. If the Time they pick doesn’t suit my diary I email and rearrange. What would be better if it was a slot for example 9-1pm or 1-4pm for me to Arrive. When customers contact me directly that’s how I book it. Built didn’t seem to be able to do that. I would only need this for servicing and landlord certificates.

    Hi Feargal, Yes, we do have a booking form. I had a look at the one on your current site and it has a calendar with time slots. I'm curious, are you actually using that actively? The reason I'm asking is that the standard form we build is simpler. The client fills in their details, and you get back to them when you have availability. That works well for most trades because it keeps things flexible on your end. The calendar approach can work, but it needs to be set up really carefully. There's also another thing worth thinking about, if customers can see your full calendar and there are lots of open slots, it can sometimes give the impression that you're not busy or in demand.
