Hi Brad, Quick one about the address on your site. UK law says if you trade under a business name, you need to show a contact address somewhere on the site. It doesn't have to be in the footer though, so we can move it to your contact page instead and keep things cleaner. If you'd rather not show your home, you can use a cheap virtual office or mail forwarding address. It keeps you legal without putting your home out there. So, three options: 1. Keep your home address on the contact page 2. Use a virtual office address instead (small monthly cost) 3. If you don't want any address shown, we can remove it, but I'd recommend keeping one for legal cover. Let me know which way you want to go and I'll sort it. Cheers, Serg

Hello, I’ve just had a message off someone in my family asking about why my house address is on the web?.. I’m not clued up with this stuff atall but I’m wondering if that’s normal to have your house address publically posted on the internet? Obviously it is my business address aswell as I’ve not grown to the stage where I need to have a unit or stores anywhere else.. How relevant your business is to the search (categories, services, website content) How close you are to the person searching How trusted and established your business appears online The biggest things that improve rankings are: Getting regular genuine reviews.. (A google Boost campaign would benefit you now) Having a strong, SEO-friendly website Consistent business info online Regular profile activity (photos, updates, review replies) Strong local reputation and backlinks Google basically wants to show the most relevant, trusted, and nearby business to the customer. Hi Brad, I was able to find you on google, however you are still quite low down the list, a few factors play into this, Ill go into a bit more detail about this next...although you joined in march, its still very early days, the first month is where we have to set everything up & its only been a couple of weeks since the app was handed over to you & you should of received an optimisation email from Rowena? Google will build up slowly, with input needed from you and seo work from us over a 12 month period. Im not up to speed with where you & our team are at with the website side of things, but everything works together. No worries on the images. If you don't have any, we can search online and find some decent ones to use as placeholders for now, so that's not a problem. The main thing we do need from you is some real details about the services. Things like pricing, a short description of what's included, and any FAQs if you have them. If you don't have FAQs ready, we can come up with some, but we'd still need the core details from you to make sure everything is accurate. We don't want to put made-up info on your site, so even just a few bullet points about each service would go a long way. So to keep things moving: we'll sort the images, but please drop the service details in the Google Doc when you get a chance.

Hi Brad, For the Super Foil Insulation service we only have one small image, and for PR Insulation we only have a video. Do you have anything else you can share? Also, could you add some details about both services in the Google Doc? Without that we'd have to guess, and we might get things wrong. So ideally, for each service it would be great to have 3 to 4 good quality photos, plus any videos you have. Videos are especially great because they show your team in action. Cheers, Serg
